Staking Rewards Formula

Definitions

  • Pool: tokens allocated for the period. Example: 0.2% of total supply per month. With 21,000,000 $KARUM this equals 42,000 $KARUM.

  • RankMultiplier: multiplier from the Stake Rank table below.

  • DurationMultiplier: multiplier from points accrual, capped at 2.0×.

  • ActivityPoints: contribution measure. Can be point based or percent of total mindshare or usage.

  • Scoreᵢ: the per-wallet score used to split the Pool.

Scoreᵢ = ActivityPointsᵢ × RankMultiplierᵢ × DurationMultiplierᵢ
Payoutᵢ = ( Scoreᵢ ÷ Σ Scores ) × Pool

Notes

  • Activity is mandatory. No activity = no rewards. Purely capitalistic rewards are distributed via Buyback & Burn Mechanism

  • Rank and Duration only act as multipliers on top of Activity.

  • Non-stakers can still earn through Activity, but with baseline multipliers.
