Distributions from the Vault are determined by the staking rewards framework, where:

* **Rank** provides a baseline multiplier based on stake,
* **Duration** adds a loyalty multiplier based on time staked.

This ensures that Vault emissions flow to participants who combine activity, stake, and loyalty — rather than to passive holders.
